My name is Dana Shemesh Miss Fitness Israel. I’m the first and the only Israeli female IFBB PRO bodybuilding athlete. Preparing for 2020 year's competitions especially due to COVID19 is very challenging. Many competitions have been canceled and rescheduled, gyms are closed, no jobs... This all makes it very difficult to prepare for a competition that includes a rigorous workout and diet, but after all, I didn't giving up on my dream that I followed over a decade and I competed. This year 2020 with all this Covid-19 situation I didn’t give up and I competed in Women’s Physique in Tampa Pro July 30th and a month after I switch to Women’s Bodybuilding in Pittsburgh Pro Masters Championship and won 2nd Place. I’m very happy that I decided to step on this stage! It takes a lot of hard work, self-discipline, persistence and courage to do it! Don’t be afraid to be YOU! Follow your dreams! Life is too short! Follow your heart It feels amazing to be able to achieve the impossible!!!
We all must stay strong and positive especially in uncertain times like now. Focus on the good and on your goals that’s what gives strength and motivation!
This year 2021 I decided to take a year off from competing, because I want to improve my physique to bring my best package in 2022.
Your support and contributions will enable me to achieve my goals and improve conditions and hopefully to be qualified to the Olympia 2022 in Las Vegas.
Your generous donation will funds me to finance a part of the expenses in my off-season and the competitions; training, travel, flights, hotel, food, supplements... and to compete; suits, tanning, makeup, hair, services...
My next competitions:
To be published in January 2022
* Schedule can be change
